Mighty Tidy's Obligations
1. Finds clients
2. Books appointments
3. Bills clients
4. Manages accounts receivables
5. Collects payments from clients
6. Pays the Team Leader and Cleaning Specialist once a week.
7. Stocks all equipment, chemicals, products, and supplies
8. Provides General Liability coverage
9. Tracks hours for you and your team members
10. Schedules and dispatches all of your appoints via an easy-to-use app
11. Maintains website
12. Provides an online client portal for clients to manage their payments
13. Provides uniforms, car signage, and business cards for Team Leaders
Team Leader's Obligations
1. Clean houses
2. Provide transportation for crew and equipment
2. Recruit, and train cleaning specialist
3. Purchase products, supplies, and equipment needed to complete work
4. Provide reliable transportation for yourself and helpers
5. Track all your work with the app
Cleaning Specialist's Obligations
1. Clean houses
2. Show up for work well rested in a clean crisp uniform
3. Report to Crew Leader and follow all instructions.
